How is project pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the scope of systems to be built, the number of integrations required, and the depth of data preparation or model tuning involved. We finalize pricing during the scoping call after reviewing your specific requirements.
Is a deposit required to begin?
Yes. Projects are initiated with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is invoiced at project completion or at defined milestones for larger engagements.
Can I start with Discovery and expand into a build?
Absolutely. Many clients begin with the Discovery tier to validate priorities and then move into Foundation or Scale. The Discovery fee is credited toward any subsequent build engagement.
What if my project does not fit neatly into a tier?
Contact us directly. We regularly scope custom engagements for projects that sit between tiers or require specific combinations of services.
